David Champs MRICS
Founder & Managing Director
David is a chartered surveyor and professional project and cost management consultant with over 25 years of experience delivering sustainable projects from inception to completion—on budget, on time, and on specification.
Prior to founding Revive, David established a successful chartered surveying consultancy, working across all sectors to enhance value and ensure the successful delivery of new build, repurposed, extended, and refurbished developments.
David’s specialism is his ability to build high-performing teams. Through effective collaboration, clear communication, and his close network of designers and consultants, Revive is able to find unique solutions to complex problems.
Revive exists to improve the built environment, making it more sustainable for people and the planet. We take full ownership of delivering ESG value across properties, guiding organisations through every stage — from strategy to implementation.
With a systematic, full life-cycle approach, we coordinate specialists including sustainability consultants, designers, planners, surveyors, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
